Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos and keep package until we contact you with next steps.
Normal Shipping Times: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Pre-Orders for The YLB Gift will end on September 16th. The gifts will be shipped out on October 7th.
Delayed Shipping Time: From October 19th through October 23rd, we will be experiencing delays of 5 business days. Please feel free to continue with your order and will get them shipped out as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience as we work to get your order out.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All wedding and corporate gifting orders outside of the geographies listed in our Local Delivery section are subject to the rates calculated by our shipping vendor.
Local delivery is not available for our Curated Shop Gifts and gifts created with our Design-A-Box feature.
For Wedding and Corporate Gifting: We can ship directly to any location in the United States. The location will be noted during the gifting consultation and shipping rates apply.
